Aqua Clean Single

The Single-series is intended for washing (without rinsing) of components when your cleanliness requirements can be fulfilled with a 1-stage process. The machines are mainly intended for washing of components after machining in the machine working industry, but they are also well suited for maintenance workshops. These machines can also be automated and even placed in robot cells.

If your cleanliness requirements are even higher, the solution is a multi-stage system with e.g. washing, rinsing and drying. For these needs, please see our MULTI-series.

These parts washers are manufactured in stainless steel and consists of a heat insulated enclosed cabinet with a lifting door, rotating spray system and a tank system. A load platform or a load trolley is placed in front of the cleaning machine for the loading and unloading phases.

The washing and degreasing process is carried out with a rotating spray system with built-in nozzles. The hot wash liquid is sprayed from all directions onto the components with a high mechanical effect.

Aqua Clean machines can also be supplied with a reciprocating spray systems. The system is used in situations where the length of the components to be cleaned is much longer than their width.

As a new feature in the Aqua Clean Single series, models with vertical pumps are available. These significantly increase the efficiency of the washing result, while providing quiet running noise, better energy efficiency and ease of maintenance.
