Our customer needed a total solution for the cleaning of engine blocks before assembly. The requirements were excellent cleanliness (inside and outside) and absolute drying.

The cleaning system was installed in an automatic robot cell, and it consists of the following equipment:

• 2-stage high flow cleaner with compressed air blast and a pusher conveyor system
• 1-stage high flow cleaner with compressed air blast and a pusher conveyor system
• Vacuum drying oven with a pusher conveyor system
